The position is responsible:
1. Calendar Management of MD
2. Drafting business letters, taking dictations, maintaining files and handling confidential correspondence etc.
3. Taking care of his travel arrangements
4. Organizing business meetings; conference/meeting.
5. Must be proficient in MS Office.
6. Preferably in the Age Group of 25-30 Years.
7. Candidate should be fluent in English & Tamil (Additional languages like Hindi or Telugu would be an added advantage).

Qualification: Graduate (NIFT background will be an added advantage)
a) Sourcing wide range of gift articles on large scale by understanding consumer preference, market tendencies and competitor’s strategies
b) Identifying new vendors, price negotiation & monitoring stock levels with all outlets
c) Excellent observation & communication skill
d) Candidate should be willing to travel independently
Related experiences in retail/gift article manufacturing/sales Company will be an added advantage.
