In the rare case that you change your mind about the purchase and want to exchange it, you can do so within 7 days from the billing date. The entire amount paid for the jewellery will be refunded including value addition and tax, provided the ornaments are in good condition.
Yes, if your old gold jewellery is BIS 916 Hallmarked, we will take it at the prevalent gold rate. For non-Hallmarked jewellery, its value will be ascertained by our certified appraisers based on the purity and based on your final decision, will be exchanged.
Only diamond jewellery purchased at Khazana and is in good condition can be exchanged. The Guarantee Card and bills are mandatory for exchange.
Only ruby, emerald or polki jewellery purchased at Khazana can be exchanged for a percentage of stone value. Bill is mandatory to ascertain stone weight and value without which exchange value cannot be determined. Be sure to hang on to all the bills of your favourite jewellery!
Yes, we take orders for jewellery weighing more than 20 grams and for mangalsutras.
No, as per central government rules, PAN cards are mandatory only for purchases of value greater than Rs. 2 lakhs. Be sure to carry your PAN card with you just in case!
