Should I pay for the delivery?
No, we provide free shipping within India.
Can I send a gift message along with my order?
Yes, on the "Add to Cart" page please check the box – "Gift message" and enter you personalised message.
What if my order is lost in transit?
We have partnered with the most reputed courier partner – Blue Dart, who will deliver orders safely & securely with multiple checkpoints throughout the transit. In the rare event where the package is lost, we will require 2-3 weeks to investigate. If still not found, then we duly process the refund within 10-15 working days (Excluding Saturday, Sunday & Government/Bank Holidays), through the same mode of payment used for the purchase.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently we do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). All other forms of electronic payment such as – Net Banking, Credit Card / Debit Card, Google Pay and Bharat QR are supported.
